Splendid® Brand to Exhibit at the 20th Annual AFRDS Convention and Trade Show January 6-9, 2012

In its second year in the fundraising industry, the Splendid® brand is planning to make a big splash with Holiday shop items at the upcoming 20th Annual AFRDS Convention and Trade Show in Orlando, Florida. January 6-9, 2012 fundraising suppliers and distributors will network over new fundraising items and services, attend workshops, and are invited to two networking receptions.

This will be the fifth AFRDS show Splendid® will exhibit at. “I am looking forwarding to meet some of our new customers, being able to display our new product line, and getting feedback from our customers,” says Mary Kay, fundraising specialist at Nygala Corp. Splendid® will have three booths displaying their fall 2012 brochure items and all of their Holiday Shopping Corner items.

“There’s nothing better than being able to see our product line hands-on and especially be one of the first to see our new items,” adds Mary Kay, fundraising specialist at Nygala Corp.

FLOMO Announces their Connect Sponsorship for the GSNNJ’s Women of Achievement 2011

On May 12, 2011, FLOMO was a proud Connect Sponsor for the Girl Scouts of Northern New Jersey’s annual Women of Achievement fundraiser. Five honorees were celebrated for their outstanding accomplishments in their careers and in our communities.

FLOMO’s Connect donation is in support over 34,000 girl members and recognizing successful female leaders of today who inspire these promising girls of tomorrow. FLOMO participated in the event located at The Venetian in Garfield, NJ as a Sponsor and contributor in the event’s Tribute Journal.

FLOMO is a continued supporter of the GSNNJ. In 2010, FLOMO sponsored their annual Eco Trek event that promotes living healthy and being green. In March 2011, FLOMO sponsored a “Future CEO” Program to Girl Scouts in the area. The program taught the fundamentals of business, important tips to running a business and also included an interactive craft project where groups of girls created and marketed their own set of gift bags. FLOMO will host this program again for free in March 2012.
